Ashleigh Ibrahim

Ashleigh has a BSc. (Hons.) in Psychology and an MSc. in Speech and Language Therapy. She has worked in the field of SLT for 8 years and has extensive experience working with children from 4-16 years, in a variety of community settings.

Ashleigh has a special interest in the following areas:

  • secondary-aged students with speech, language and communication difficulties,
  • dyspraxia
  • developmental language
  • speech disorders.

Ashleigh’s specialisms include hearing impairment and mainstream S.E.N.. She has also delivered in-service training to teaching assistants, teachers and parents/carers in a variety of settings. Ashleigh has had training in Hearing Impairment, Shape Coding, Stammering, Social stories, Michael Palin Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Makaton, Dysfluency and P.E.C.S..
