” Children, parents and staff at Barnfield School are benefitting from Talk with Us specialist knowledge of speech and language. Naomi has assessed children, written reports, set targets and had consultations with parents and advised them. Naomi is training staff with using strategies and resources with individual children and has recently developed a social skills programme for focused children training a support teacher. Naomi’s expertise with speech and language is enabling the children to make steps of progress and develop the staffs knowledge. “

” Hannah has been our school Speech and Language Therapist for over 6 years. During this time she has worked with a variety of children, providing ongoing therapy. She has spent time working with the school staff by running training courses and developing their knowledge, which in turn enables the children to make the most amount of progress. Hannah is a valued member of the school who is reliable and supportive. The children look forward to Hannah’s sessions which are creative and fun.”

” Talk With Us have been working with us for three years. While we have an excellent mainstream therapist, she is restricted to providing assessment and direct therapy. Talk With Us complements this by providing developmental work. For one term each year they work predominantly in Early Years, working with groups, modelling good practice in the indoor and outdoor classrooms and training staff. We have found Hannah and Naomi to be very flexible and eager to work alongside our staff in the planning, delivery and evaluation process. Their input has had a very positive impact on our Early Years practice, giving better outcomes for children.”

” We have been working with Talk With Us for 3 years now and their excellent SLTs have worked with pupils between the ages of 11 and 19 with a large range of challenges across our 3 sites.
The therapists at Talk With Us are extremely professional, flexible and experienced. Their one-to-one sessions and the individualised targets and programmes that they create empower our young people to express themselves with increased ease and confidence. Our partnership with Talk With us involves an ongoing dialogue about each student so that, together with families, we can share observations and recommendations about each young person’s progress.
We are fortunate to be working with such experts in their field and have no hesitation in providing a testimonial for Talk With Us.”
